Protect your content
Review your message and attachments before sending. Share a project or media only if needed for troubleshooting and you choose to do so. Never send passwords or provider API keys. The Mac Feedback feature can prepare a redacted diagnostic log for you to review.
Online service issues
If an issue involves online recognition, voice or image features, tell us which provider you selected and include the error text, but do not send an API key. The provider’s terms govern its charges, availability and data handling.
